Hog roasts make for excellent benefit parties!

Our 5′ Towable Charcoal Hog Roaster made by Meadow Creek is designed for thorough uniform cooking without burning the meat.

It’s constructed from 13 gauge steel with a hinged top that opens easily and locks into position. Drip pan channels fats to drip tube which drains to a spot with a hook for a bucket to collect drippings (bucket not provided). This prevents charring from coals and allows pig to be cooked without turning it.

Charcoal Pan can hold enough charcoal to last for up to 12 hours which is perfect for long overnight roasts. It has a heavy 24″ wide stainless steel mesh grate, adjustable top dampers and bottom vents for temperature control and a built in thermometer on the lid for temperature measurement.

Torflex spring-loaded axle minimizes vibration in towing. Standard hitch hook-up with taillights provided for towing. 2″ Ball needed and light adapter hook up required.

Specifications: Roaster can handle up to a 250 lb. pig (live weight)

Approximately 80 lbs. of charcoal to cook a 200 lb. pig (live weight), 200 lbs. (dressed) at a temperature of about 300 degrees. Cook approximately 12-14 hours or until shoulder meat reaches 180 degrees.

We sell Frostline Vanilla Soft Serve Mixes for an additional cost. Please ask us about pricing. Our powdered mix is lactose free, so anyone can enjoy it! Even though it is dairy-free, it is still just as delicious and creamy! Most people can’t even tell the difference. Just add 2 gallons of store bought drinking water to 1 bag of mix in a 5 gallon bucket and whisk together before adding to machine. (If you purchase our mixes we will provide a bucket and whisk for you to use.) Tap water is not recommended and can effect taste of ice cream.

Each bag of mix = 100 -1/2 cup measured servings.

We allow you to return any unopened/non damaged mixes if you have extras.

Requires 20 amp breaker with nothing else on it.
